Finalist land for industrial use with an area of 1,000 m2 located in the El Cerro industrial estate, in Segovia. It is located at the entrance of the industrial estate, just a few minutes from the center of Segovia and the AP61 road.

It has water, electricity, is fenced and an important element, the excavation of the basement and the access ramp have already been carried out.

One of the possible projects would be the construction of a 1,800 m2 warehouse, with an office area of 60 m2.
